In this blog, we will educate you about some of the most famous rally cross Trails in Delhi.  You can travel to these trails with your 4x4 vehicles and enjoy the thrill of facing the adventurous rides amongst the trails.

The first one on our list would be

Off-Road Adventure Zone

This place was started by Vikramjeet Singh for the sole purpose of making off-road driving and trail adventures much more accessible to enthusiasts. This place is located on the Gurugram Faridabad Highway; hence you can easily reach it as well. The place is an ultimate stop for adrenaline Junkies and off-road driving enthusiasts. The trail has 25 obstacles that would test your vehicle to the limit, and beyond that, there are special ditches as well as inclines that would test your vehicle's wheel articulation and other off-roading properties.

The adventure zone provides an eclectic mix of slush pits, rocks, and loose gravel tracks that will help you experience the true thrill of driving off-road.

Summer Sprint

This is a track that is purpose-built for bike riders; established amongst the thick and dense forests, this 18 km track is ideal for bikers looking for an off-road experience in muddy terrain. Although the main proportion of the trail is in a dense forest, you can easily reach the place as it's quite close to the Gurgaon Faridabad highway. Since a major portion of the trail is located within the forest, you can expect low mobile phone signals and a lack of connectivity. We would recommend that if it's your first time at the trail, consider riding along it with a group of other experienced riders.  The trail is about 18 km long and has a lot of passes with loose gravel, inclines and high-speed passes that would surely give you a taste of what it's like to have an adventurous experience.  Ride with a group as there is low connectivity and no specific routes, and you would be unable to use digital maps or have low internet connectivity.

Mangar Bani

Located within the forests of Mangar Valley, this could be bit more difficult for adventure seekers than the previous two as it has extensive stretches of risky terrains and windy passes. This is considered to be an ideal outing spot for bikers and guarantees the tourists an adventure of a lifetime. Apart from the adventure passes, you can also visit the Mangar Valley. If you are a real adventure junkie, we would advise you to participate in the 56-kilometre cyclotron event organised each year.

Aravali Hills

The trails that stretch across Aravali and Gurugram are better suited for cyclists; the tough inclines, as well as rocky declines, could be a bit much for travellers travelling for adventure. If you plan to cover this trail, we would recommend that you do so with cyclists who have been on this trail before. Beyond that, approach the trails with full safety and wear safety gear that will allow you to stay safe from any kind of scrapes and injuries. There are several cycling groups that can help you experience this thrilling trails along the Aravalis.

Lost Lake Trail in Delhi

This trail is located near the Gurugram and Damdama; the locality of the trail is dominated by Muddy and rocky inclines that could be difficult for new riders. We would recommend that you tackle the trail either in the early summer or after the monsoon, as during the rainy season, the trail gets swampy and might lead to accidents and stuck vehicles.  This trail is better suited for bikers; while crossing the whole trail, you will face some thrilling difficulties. The 16.9 km loop takes around 4 hours and 4 minutes to complete.

These were some of the most easily accessible trails in Delhi, but if you want to travel beyond that, there are a few off-road trails in Chandigarh as well.

Ramgarh Enduro Valley

Located in the Chandigarh Panchkula area, this track would most certainly quench your thirst for adventure. The track is located 3km from the Ramgarh Fort on the Panchkula Yamuna Nagar Highway. This track has been adapted to cater to a wide range of vehicles. The trail has inclines, rocky patches, mud pits, water crossings, and rock crawling courses. It offers a camping facility as well as picnic areas for visitors who want to have a relaxing time while witnessing others having a try at the offroad track.

Appropriate Safety Gear

While en-route to adventure trails, you must always carry specific gear such as knee pads, elbow pads, padded jackets, and tested helmets that would allow you to easily tackle any falls and topples while riding your bike on the trails.
