One of the worst experience. The bikes were in pathetic condition and so were the helmets. You don't get the same bike which you book online. Moreover the dealer tries to blackmail you stating you get good bikes only if you cancel the Rentrip booking and take the bike directly from us.

The dealer (Rentify Rental's employee) seemed too much arrogant. When I reached to pick up the vehicle, I had to wait for 2 hours to get the scooter. The scooter which I received was Activa 5g. The scooter's battery was dead on 2nd day. When I informed same to Dealer, I found Dealer's number switched off and stopped all mode of communication (Call/ WhatsApp). That day, my 2.5 hours was wasted waiting for their executive and then he started checking and spent 30 mins more to give me another vehicle. To my surprise, the 2nd scooter too was faulty. Hey rider ! You didn't mention that you dropped the bike and damaged it's side panel and right ORVM. It's was a brand new bike provided to you with zero scratches. However we charged a minimum amount compared of the damages caused to the bike during your rental tenure. It was clearly mentioned in the agreement signed by you at the time of renting that any damages caused to the bike during the rental period has to be borne by the customer. So, your false review doesn't make any sense.Thanks !!!
