Hey rider ! You didn't mention that you dropped the bike and damaged it's side panel and right ORVM. It's was a brand new bike provided to you with zero scratches. However we charged a minimum amount compared of the damages caused to the bike during your rental tenure. It was clearly mentioned in the agreement signed by you at the time of renting that any damages caused to the bike during the rental period has to be borne by the customer. So, your false review doesn't make any sense.Thanks !!!

Had bad experience with the dealer and his customer service behaviour. While returning the car, dealer intentionally created many issues which were not my mistakes. Security deposit of 3000 is not returned even after 24Hrs of returning the vehicle. Very bad experience even with non-functional FasTag due to which i had to pay double toll amount in cash at multiple places while visiting places. Very bad experience of renting through rentrip.
