I would like to confirm that the vehicle is indeed registered in my name. You can verify this on the RTO website at https://parivahan.gov.in.
Regarding the Fastag issue, I want to clarify that the extra recharge was inadvertently applied to the wrong Fastag. This mistake occurred after your trip had been completed and was an error from your side. Please note that the refund process for Fastag can be lengthy, and I am actively working to resolve this matter.

You have made lot of scratches on my scooter and you lost the floor mat and the tank was empty and the scooter was not washed properly for those reasons i charged as per the policy and I shared the estimated amount which I received from the showroom for the repair there's no any extra money you have paid...
