The scooty is quite old. The rear tyre bursted in between and i confirmed from local tyre repair shop and he confirmed it was quite old tyre. Owner asked me to bear all the cost and finally settled to pay 40% and i had to pay 60% cost of new tyre. Also he asks to deposit security money for 2 days and he will return only if there will be no challan.
