Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 2,000

  1. One Helmet will be given with the bike. Another will be available on request @100 rs. per/day.
  2. Security Deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition.
  3. Passport Size Photo is required for Authorization and paper works.
  4. You need to submit the photocopy of your driving license and original address proof.
  5. Late fee 100rs/hr will be charged+ one day rent amount.

Bike was very old, they should post real pics of the vehicle. Scooter was not at all good to be on the road but somehow I managed. @rentrip, please add real photos and acceptance complaints if user gets a different one. User should be entitled to get advance + 10% extra as credit.

I was given a 2019 model Himalayan when my booking was for a 2022 model. The condition of bike was bad, it had starting problem. Mostly had to keep it parked at home. Wasted my money and time. Dealer was not helpful. Bad experience. Bike DL 3SEF7411 Model 2019. Had to pick bike from a distant location.

Really horrible service. 1. Did not get the bike that I ordered. 2. The dealer gave the wrong location for pickup which wasted my time. 3. There is no specific office in INA market. 4. The dealer showed up drunk during drop off. 5. The bike wasn’t even wiped before renting out. It was really dirty and did not even have a full tank of petrol wasting my time even more.
