Hey rider ! You didn't mention that you dropped the bike and damaged it's side panel and right ORVM. It's was a brand new bike provided to you with zero scratches. However we charged a minimum amount compared of the damages caused to the bike during your rental tenure. It was clearly mentioned in the agreement signed by you at the time of renting that any damages caused to the bike during the rental period has to be borne by the customer. So, your false review doesn't make any sense.

The car was not available and we agreed to upgrade to a Nexon. They kept my original license and adhar. whilst I was on another business trip and the car was returned they forgot to give my original license. later the owner denied they even took my documents at all. NOT RECOMMENDED

We don't keep any original documents at our office, thats why we have kept the xerox machine. And, if you had left your original ID's you must have remembered to collect it too as your relative lives in Guwahati as told by you. You must have misplaced it somewhere and you have put the blame on us which is not a good sign. Moreover, there is no use of keeping your personal documents with us . And, about the car,you were provided with a Brand New Tata Nexon car not even 5000 kms done on the odometer. You left our office happily and after one month you have put this review, Even we are wondering what happened with you.

Everything was ok but I paid the price of 1day or 24 hrs but got it only for 10hrs. Be careful while booking and selecting time.

The car started showing engine malfunction near the end of the trip. No problem faced though. Very good, understanding, accommodating owner. Also kept our request of drop off and pick up from station.

1. They demanded caution money despite it being zero on the website. 2. They cut Rs 1000 from the caution money for a small scratch.

Hello sir! If you were unsatisfied with the terms and conditions , you should not have picked up the vehicle at the pickup time. you damaged the vehicle and the estimated repair cost was almost Rs. 3000/- , which you were not able to pay, so we were compelled to deduct Rs.1000/-.
