I rented a bike from Rentrip in Mumbai Andheri, and it was a dreadful experience. They required a security deposit, but the bike was in awful condition. We recorded a video when the chain came off twice, and none of the bikes were properly maintained. We checked 20-30 bikes, and all were in poor shape. Since we had already paid, we felt forced to take one. Upon returning the bike, the staff insisted it was fine and refused to return the deposit. After a week, Rentrip’s customer service has been completely unhelpful. I believe all the 5-star reviews are fake. My recommendation: steer clear of Rentrip.

Firstly didn't recieve the bike (Avenger 220) that was booked, at the last minute the dealer asked me to either pay more and take another bike (bullet 350) which was in the worst condition. Not at all happy with the overall trip can't recommend to any of my friends

Open garage with no proper lighting. I have booked RE thunderbird from 9pm onwards and I need it for an urgent basis. Bike condition was pathetic ( engine is all black greasy, leaking, clutch also leaking oil, many dents and dusted & rusted, meter not showing petrol reading, speedometer not working properly, tires are also flat and had many tiny holes, punctured after 20km, older tubes had many punctures already, need to buy new tube(paid by me) ) no quality maintenance.
