Just commenting and giving bad reviews for not getting discounts. We have new bike and gets service every month and we have very limited earnings per booking, so we don’t have discount and dealer end, may be you get discount from Rentrip during booking.

I got a faulty bike.. For that issues.. I had to spent 550 rupees more from myself. My entire trip got ruined. I had to literally drag the bike for almost 1.5 km to a garage for repairing. The battery is literally dead!!! So no self start.. Even the kick start was not working!!! The owners were rude... They even charged us extra 250 rupees.. As we have exceeded the limit!?!? Ok.. Rules are rules.. I get it. Then what about the inconveniences.. That we had faced!!!! They kept saying that This was our responsibility to check before take the bike!! IS THIS EVEN LOGICAL!! What would have I done at the morning!!?? Bring a mechanic to check the bike ??? This is absolutely shit service they are providing.

Thank you for taking service from us and take the pain to write feedback. You have rated badly multiple times and I understand your intention.
We have served 50+ customer but giving service to you is bit challenging and different.
From initial moment you met, you ask for discount and check each and every part of bike for atleast half an hour. After satisfaction you take the bike. You ride the bike more than daily limit(150km), we calculate the extra charge transparently.
You are not interested to pay and build a story that bike is faulty. When asked what is the fault, what you have repaired, is there any reciept, you don’t have any answers or neither you called when you find the problem. That time you said 200 rupees, here you mentioned 550. Which show your intention and authenticity.
We try our best to share the norms of booking as well as we don’t have scope for discounts as we have limited earnings from booking.
