It was overall a good experience. The bike was in fairly good condition, with a few minor issues here and there, which are normal for any bike in the rain and after some months of wear and tear. The dealer was nice and prompt. The bike was given on time, and deposit and IDs were returned on the spot while returning the bike. There was no proper bike helmet with the bike, which is an area of improvement. Otherwise, everything was fine.
