Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 10,000

  1. The Customer must submit an original ID proof and a photocopy of their driving license. The identification documents need to be in the name of the person who is booking the car and he/she should be present with the original documents at the time of pick-up.
  2. The security deposit will be refunded after four days. We will check for e-challans, fastag deductions, etc, and once we have the deductions the refund is processed.
  3. The customer shall be provided 250 free kilometers per day. Additional kms will be charged at Rs. 11 per km.
  4. In Case of Monthly Booking, 2,000 kilometers limit. Additional kms will be charged at Rs. 11 per km.
  5. The Customer has to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as received at the start of the trip. In case the fuel is lower at the time of the return of the vehicle, the Customer will be charged for short fuel. Please note that in the case of doorstep delivery, the fuel is calculated from garage to garage.
  6. In the event of a late return, late return charges shall be applicable as below.
    • No charges would be applicable for up to 1 hour of late return i.e. the customer will be allowed leverage of 1 hour for returning the Vehicle.
    • Upto 3 hours post threshold time of 1 hour: Half day's rental will be chargeable.
    • If the vehicle is delayed for more than 4 hours, the customer will be billed for an additional day.
    • In the event that a subsequent booking is to be canceled as a result of a late return, there will be a 50% surcharge in addition to the actual rental amount.
  7. When traveling out of state, it is always important to step at the RTO check post to pay the government applicable tax. Cost/penalties pertaining to such interstate tax, toll, or any other govt. levied tax will be borne by the Customer directly.
  8. The cost for any traffic rule violation during the Rental Period will be borne by the Customer directly. The Customer shall follow all the rules and regulations under applicable laws while driving the Vehicle and otherwise including applicable speed limits. Any unpaid traffic rule violation tickets will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
  9. We do not allow the Vehicle to be used for smoking, carrying pets, goods, or any other object which can annihilate the upholstery/any of the Vehicles. In such an event, the Customer will have to bear the cost of cleaning/repairs.
  10. The customer can opt for doorstep delivery at an additional cost. Please note that in the case of doorstep delivery the fuel is calculated from garage to garage and km are calculated from the location of delivery.
