I had a disappointing experience with this bike rental service during my one-week rental. Firstly, the dealer was not polite during our interactions. I received a helmet without a visor, which should have been included with the bike rental. Additionally, I paid extra for a second helmet, but the condition of both helmets was subpar. The lady is very mean and she is not at all professional.she behaves very cheap..when i took the bike I was very polite with her but when I was about to return the bike with her she stayed in the third floor and I was in ground and asked me to give the keys through a basket.once she got the keys she started showing her true colours and she started behaving rude and like a cheap woman.and also she is literally shouting at me and also deducted unecessarily so much money from my fixed deposit . Guys please don't take bike from her..I took bikes from other places from the website..they are very nice people..but please don't take from this lady ever.
