Ray Z is a stylish scooter from Yamaha which is powered by a113 cc engine. With a fuel tank capacity of 5 ltrs, it has a mileage of 62 kmpl. It has a good under seat storage.

Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 1,000

1) One helmet is complimentary with the bike. Another one is available on request (Charges Rs.30 to 100/day).

2) The security deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition after 48 hours (need to check challan)

3) You shall need to submit one Address proof in original and original Driving License at the time of receiving the bike.(Digital documents are not allow)

4) Vehicles are limited to 100kms/day & 2000kms/month (Exceeding Rs.3/Km).

5) Inform us at least 30min before reach that location

6.Monthly and weekly booking deposit Rs.2000

7. If the bike is not available We will give the alternative bike with Proper condition .

8. If there are any mechanical problems with the bike (hired for usage within chennai) hirer may either visit our shop and fix it free of cost or may fix it with a nearby mechanic and retain the receipt. We will reimburse the amount at the time of returning the bike. In case hirer requests for replacement of bike, it may take 4 hours to do so depending upon the availability. We won't be able to replace bike or assist you in anyway if you are on a road trip or 15 km from our shop . And you need to pay for the repair cost, all kind of spare parts and any other expenses you may have incurred while on a road trip. In case of a breakdown or accident during a road trip, it is the responsibility of the hirer to bring the bike till our office. You will be charged if you request us a pick up service

9.Please don't use our bikes after 10pm till early morning. We will not be able to pickup your phone calls or assist you incase of accidents, thefts, breakdowns, detained by cops or during any other mishaps. Please don't expect us to come to the police station or assist you during these hours. Any usuage of our bikes during these hours will result in immediate and forceful retrieval of bike from the hirer and we will not pay the remaining rental and the caution deposit to such hirers.

10.We give the bikes in good condition. It is the responsibility of the hirer to check the bike at the time of the hiring. We cannot be held responsible for any breakdowns. In case of a breakdown during a road trip, It is the responsibility of the hirer to find the right mechanic, take the vehicle to the mechanic shed, find spares and fix the bike properly. We cannot be held responsible for the time lost or any other inconvenience caused. The hirer has to take care of all the expenses unless or otherwise agreed.

11. No refund for petrol and rental money

Worst service. I had booked a vehicle "Ray" on 16th April. After booking I was told the vehicle is not in good condition and they gave me an alternative vehicle Activa. Owner of the vehicle (Harish) told the vehicle is in good condition. I made full payment to the dealer (Shankar) and took the vehicle. After few minutes the vehicle stopped all of a sudden. I called the dealer and he said if there is an issue with the vehicle I will refund the amount. After checking the vehicle, the owner of the vehicle accepted there was some issue with the throttle and it would turn off while running. I gave him the vehicle back and he returned my pan card. It has been almost a month. Still I have not got my refund. Ticket for reference - 357914

very worst... bad behavior... please dont book this to guy cause no proper helmet.. helmet damaged ann glass brokened. i booked RAY but given bike is pleasure.i asked why he told which is available you take otherwise cancel the order.. Rude behavior

I regret that why i chose rentrip because the person Shankar is pathetic and he is not having any shop or any place for bikes at the given address. Also he is bery rude and arrogant whenever we call him for any issue he just hung up the calls and behave rude very rude .i should have received my deposit on 5th oct which is 48 hours but even today it 10th oct i have not received my deposit....Worse service worse worse

Worst experience. The dealer kept my ID card and deposit even if I submitted the bike. The dealer was asking for more money. Very rude and total mental harassment has been done by the dealer and the team. I have not yet received my documents and money. DO NOT BOOK!!! WORST PEOPLE.

I rented a motorbike for two days, but encountered some issues. Unfortunately, the model I booked didn't have a kick start, and the self-start option provided had a poorly charged battery. To start the bike, I had to use a workaround by putting it in first gear, pushing it with force, and then starting the engine. This became quite embarrassing. My advice is to thoroughly inspect the bike before booking. Despite reporting the issue, the rental service only offered excuses and didn't resolve the problem. On a positive note, the dealer and delivery guy were punctual in both the delivery and pickup processes. However, the overall experience was affected by the bike's unreliable starting mechanism with a dead battery.
