Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 2,000

  1. One Helmet will be given with the bike. Another will be available on request.
  2. The security Deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition.
  3. You need to submit an original ID proof and a photocopy of your driving license.
  4. There is a Kilometer limit of 100 Km per day Exceeding will be charged Rs. 5 per Km.
  5. There is a speed limit of 60 km/h.
  6. Out of the city is not allowed.

It was not at all pleasant experience to find the dealers location as it was not updated on the site and had to travel twice from Shivajinagar. There is no testing of vehicles working conditions by the company or dealer so that is not to say one won’t find a good conditioned vehicle. The delivery and pickup point should be accurate to minimise hassles for first time users. Price structure too needs working.

I cheated by this company. I booked only one bike they put 2 bikes and billing also they put you took 2 bike. But I took one bike for ride. They consider Friday also a weekend put high price for that. What a service it is?!. After booking a bike customer service also not responding well. Once bike booking is finished you are also finished whatever happens they won't take care about it

First of all i booked activa 3G and in place of that i got Suzuki Access 125 and second thing was that the bike was continuously getting off in between the ride.

Dealer didnt gave total security deposit to me...he gave 1700 and told thay 300 will be given in one day.but still he didnt even gave anything...i think he is doing same for all customers.

Dealer told me that car has 1 liter fuel in it already but it died on me within 5 mins of travel and I had to drag the scooter for 2 kms. Absolutely worst experience.
