Deposit Terms

Deposit Amount: Rs. 5,000

1. One Helmet will be given with the bike. Another will be available on request.
2. The Security Deposit is refundable once we receive the bike in proper condition and the deposit amount will be credited within 24 hours.
3. You need to submit an original ID proof and a photocopy of your driving license.
4. Any damage or scratches will be charged to the customer.
5. The full responsibility for the bike is upon the customer after pickup till dropping to the customer and in case of any incident happening between rides.
6. If any Fine is charged by the government to the vehicle in between rides will be paid by the customer duration of the renting period.
7. km is limited For Bikes its 200 km/day exceeding 7rs/km, and one hour time and one hour time is buffer time if customer late one hour Also a penalty of @200/hr if any delay drop off.

Bike was not well serviced. After running 60-70 km, some unwanted sond came. At a time of returning his bike he was not present so I dropped his bike at his place as mentioned. & He communicat on call that I'll return deposit after checking bike and he promised that he will deduct washing charges around 200 and return remaining deposit fully around 4800 rupee. Till 6-8 days he will not pick up my call and just communicate on WhatsApp only. After 8-10 day, he picked my call and at a time he will return 3000 rupee on phone pay. After he confirm that he will return remaining money shortly but I didn't get it till now. I try to call & message on WhatsApp but he block my number. So, rentrip please take responsibility of your customer & vendor deal be
